WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY & SETUP?
Local pick-up in Ardmore, Oklahoma (73401) is preferred. Please contact me to schedule a convenient day and time.
Delivery: Complimentary delivery is available within a 15-mile radius of Ardmore, Oklahoma. At this time, I’m currently unable to accommodate deliveries beyond this area due to family time commitments.
On-Site Installation: In special circumstances, I may be available for on-site floral setup (including arches, centerpieces, aisle décor, and more). If you're interested, please reach out to discuss availability and details.
Setup + Time On-Site: $25 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum.
Teardown services are not currently offered. The removal of floral installations, reception décor, and other setup elements will be the responsibility of the client or event team.
HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK?
- Submit a date availability request. If your date is open, continue to Step 2.
- Complete the booking questionnaire. This form provides most of the details I’ll need and helps speed up the process.
- If you’re opting into the 10% photo gallery discount, please review and sign the photography contract before making any payments.
- Next, we’ll go over the details of your order! Once everything is confirmed, I’ll send an order summary for your review. At that point, a 50% deposit (based on your item total) is due via PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo.
Please note: $100 of your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel at any time, for any reason.
You're officially booked, and I’ll begin creating your florals! I like to keep my clients involved throughout the process, so you’ll likely hear from me along the way.
Once your florals are complete, I’ll send photos for your review. You’ll have the chance to request any changes or add-ons. After your approval, the remaining balance will be due. This total may include adjustments for design changes, add-ons, or setup services.
- Final payment made? You’re all set! I’ll be in touch to confirm pickup or delivery/setup arrangements so everything goes smoothly on your big day.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
I require all bookings to be made a minimum of 3 months in advance of your wedding or delivery/pick-up date. The earlier you book, the better! Due to limited availability and time constraints, I accept a select number of events to ensure each receives the highest level of attention and service.
All of my designs are crafted using wood, silk, fabric, dried, or naturally preserved materials. This allows you to book months in advance without the worry of wilting or decay. Simply store your arrangements in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight, and they can be enjoyed for years to come!
MY WEDDING IS LESS THAN 3 MONTHS AWAY – CAN I STILL BOOK?
It never hurts to ask! On rare occasions, I may accept bookings made fewer than 3 months before the event date. In such cases, a 10% Rush Booking Fee will be added to your final payment. Acceptance of last-minute bookings will depend on my current availability, the scope and type of floral needs, and whether materials can be sourced in time.
In select situations, I may waive the Rush Booking Fee in exchange for access to the full professional photo gallery, which typically qualifies for a 10% discount. All terms of the photo gallery discount must still be met.
Whether the fee is charged or waived in favor of a gallery exchange is at my discretion and based on the gallery’s potential value to my portfolio. Galleries featuring unique floral designs, new venues, or photographers I have not previously worked with will be given priority.
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS OR PACKAGES?
I offer a 10% photo gallery discount, which you can learn more about and apply for here.
At this time, I do not offer preset package deals. In my experience, most couples have unique needs that don’t fit neatly into a one-size-fits-all package. Instead, all items are priced à la carte, allowing you to customize your order to get exactly what you need—nothing more, nothing less.
WHAT IF I EXCEED THE SET-UP HOURS I PURCHASED?
No worries at all—if additional time is needed beyond the hours you’ve booked, the difference will simply be invoiced after your wedding. Enjoy your honeymoon stress-free!
I LIVE OUT OF STATE - DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?
Due to increased shipping costs and a full local booking schedule, I no longer offer shipping at this time. All orders must be picked up locally or delivered within a 15-mile radius of Ardmore, Oklahoma (73401).
DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS?
CANCELLATIONS: $100 of your 50% deposit will be non-refundable, should you cancel your booking at any time, for any reason. While I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, this policy ensures consistency and fairness for all clients. If you're postponing rather than canceling, your deposit will be applied to your new event date.
RETURNS: Because I provide photo updates throughout the process and at completion for approval, returns are not accepted. Any design changes must be requested prior to final payment, pickup, or delivery.
If you notice an issue with your florals after receiving them, please contact me within 24 hours, and I’ll be happy to work with you to find a satisfactory solution!
WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY FLORALS?
I am confident this won't be the case! I always provide photos prior to finalizing each piece, giving you the chance to request any changes. Minor adjustments are typically free of charge, while significant changes—such as full color or design revisions, or add-ons that increase the original value—may incur a design change fee of $5–$30 per piece, depending on the extent of the updates.

WHAT EXACTLY ARE SOLA FLOWERS?
Sola flowers are handcrafted from the thin shavings of tapioca root or balsa tree bark. Each flower is carefully shaped by hand, making every piece truly unique. They come in two natural styles: solid ivory (their original color) and bark-tipped, which includes bits of the natural brown bark for added texture and depth. In their natural state, sola flowers are lightweight and slightly spongy—similar in feel to foam. With hundreds of styles available, sola flowers offer an impressive variety of shapes and sizes.
While I’ve chosen to discontinue custom-dyed sola flowers due to the time-consuming process, I continue to offer a beautiful selection of natural ivory and bark-style options to suit a wide range of floral designs.

CAN YOU REPLICATE A DESIGN THAT USES DYED SOLA FLOWERS?
Absolutely! Though I no longer offer custom-dyed sola flowers due to the time-consuming nature of the dyeing process, I’m happy to recreate the look of any design you’ve seen using silk flowers in similar colors. While I can’t guarantee the same exact flower type or style, I always try to match the overall aesthetic and feel of the original design.
If you just love the look of a particular sola flower, I do still offer them in natural ivory or bark styles.
